Rob Wijgman with pre-retirement

After having worked for a short period through an employment agency, Rob Wijgman officially joined our organization on June 1, 2002. In his case, the end of this year also heralds the end of his employment with us. Rob has decided to retire early, just a few months before his final retirement date. Rob will officially retire on December 31.

When Rob started with us, he already had the necessary years of experience under his belt. With 24 years at Pelgrim, 3 years at Bruntink and a number of years at Lovink, he brought us the necessary warehouse, forwarding and production experience. With the almost twenty years that Rob has worked with us, he has gained more than 50 years of work experience. For Rob, this was a good moment to enjoy his free time. However, he will not sit still. Rob has already made the necessary concrete plans to give his free time a nice interpretation.

Rob started with us in the post-processing department and then he made the switch to, among other things, goods arrival and welding. Ultimately, Rob ended up in the assembly department where he works to this day. Rob is a hard worker that you just have to let him do his job. He likes to have his own set of tasks where he ensures that the work is simply done.

On his last working day, Rob was appropriately put in the spotlight by his closest colleagues from the assembly department and by the organization.

Rob from this place: thank you for your efforts in the past 20 years for our organization. After 50 years of work, it is time to enjoy your well-deserved (pre-)retirement. You deserve it!
